Seven friends early in their careers who believed in the power of collective generosity and shining a bit brighter.
Meghan grew up in Norwalk, CT and found community early through competitive swimming. She graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with concentrations in Information Systems and Marketing. Meghan is a Senior Associate at Teneo in New York City, advising clients across investor relations and special situations. She’s proud to support Shine On as a way to pay forward the power of community and confidence-building.

Julia grew up outside New York City with her twin sister and older brother, driven by a lifelong curiosity about people and what shapes them. She studied Sociology at Bucknell University and began her career in the cybersecurity space, spending nearly six years at Palo Alto Networks before joining Zscaler. Julia brings empathy, self-awareness, and a people-first mindset to everything she does. She’s honored to be part of Shine On and inspired by the stories and strength of the women it supports.

Taylor grew up outside NYC as the fourth of five siblings, where she learned adaptability, empathy, and resilience early on. She studied Sociology (and Spanish) at Bucknell University and began her career in Human Resources at Citigroup. In 2024, she made an exciting pivot to join her father’s produce importing business. Taylor is passionate about empowering young women and is grateful for the community Shine On continues to build.

Sophia was raised outside Pittsburgh, PA, where sports and teamwork shaped her early on. She attended Bucknell University, captained the women’s lacrosse team, and earned her degree in Marketing, Innovation, and Design. Sophia began her career at AlphaSights and now works at Ethic as a Relationship Manager in fintech. She loves staying active, spending time with family, and building Shine On alongside close friends to help young women lead with purpose and confidence.

Olivia is from Cold Spring Harbor, Long Island and studied Political Science and French at Bucknell University. She has spent the past five years at Teneo, advising CEOs and senior executives on media strategy, messaging, and reputation management. Olivia is passionate about mentorship, communication, and helping young women build confidence. She’s proud to help grow Shine On into a community where scholars can shine in their own unique ways.
Founding MemberOlivia Amoruso
Megan grew up in Rye, NY and later moved to Greenwich, CT. She graduated from Bucknell University with a major in Art History and a minor in Political Science, bringing creativity and curiosity to her work. After working in marketing at a creative agency in NYC, she recently began a new role at Spencer Stuart in executive search. Megan loves meeting new people and having authentic conversations, and she’s grateful to be part of Shine On’s mission to help young women thrive.

Libby grew up in New Canaan, CT as the oldest of three siblings and has always been driven by leadership and purpose. She attended Bucknell University, where she majored in Creative Writing and competed on the varsity swim team. Libby now works at Meta as an Account Manager supporting small and medium-sized businesses. She believes shining on means embracing your authentic self and helping others do the same—making Shine On Giving Circle a mission deeply personal to her.

Claire O’Hare
Founding MemberI’ve spent my career building and scaling businesses by simplifying complex ideas and helping teams turn vision into real results. My background spans media, technology, and consumer brands, including leadership roles at CMP Media, Yahoo!, and Facebook, where I focused on go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and building trusted partnerships.
In 2015, I founded Livewell Design, a fine jewelry brand that grew to over $3M in revenue and was acquired in 2022. Today, through COH & Co., I work with founders to clarify big ideas and build scalable strategies.
Shine On is the work I’m most proud of. I believe that when young women are seen, supported, and given access at the right moment, their lives can change.
I live between New Canaan, CT, Martha’s Vineyard, and Naples, FL with my husband and our three children. I remain deeply committed to creating spaces where people can shine.
